Bill Egan, President
For three decades, Bill has been leading and managing the agency in all areas, from business development to creative execution to strategy and planning. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Loyola University of Chicago. He is passionate about family, teamwork, art, music and football.
Brad Feldmar, Chief Revenue Officer
Brad leads all sales and marketing strategies for TE+A, and heads up the West Coast offices. Brad graduated from Indiana University and has over 30 years of marketing and technology experience. Brad is passionate about live music, sporting events and spending as much time as possible on the water.
Gary Qu, Chief Operating Officer
Gary has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a concentration in International Business and an MBA from University of Manchester (UK). Gary leads the client service teams and manages daily production operations. He loves movies and owns a cinema with his brother.
Dave Cermak, Creative Director
Dave graduated from the American Academy of Art in Chicago and has been a key member of the creative team since the agency started. Dave has been creating magic for 30+ years and leads the creative department. He has a passion for the outdoors and is an award winning national angler.
Harrison Carter, Director of Digital Services
Harrison comes from DePaul University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a concentration in Software Engineering. Harrison manages the firms programming and digital efforts. He loves reading science fiction, exploring the Chicago food scene, and cheering on the Blackhawks.
Fred Steingraber, Senior Account Director
Fred has a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Duke University and a MBA in Consumer Marketing /Brand Strategy and Data Analytics. Fred is a specialist in digital media, campaign management and oversees the firm's video efforts. He loves all things digital, craft beers, and solving mysteries with his dog Fritz.
Anurag Ahuja, Digital Strategist
Anurag has a Bachelors Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, a MS from Clarkson University and a MBA from the University of Chicago. His hobbies include cycling, golf, and tennis.
Allison Quigley, Account Manager
Allison graduated from Middlebury College, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Allison is an accomplished account manager and content specialist with a strong financial services background. She loves her dog, baking, cycling, and helping out her local softball organization.
Max Egan, Account & Marketing Manager
Max graduated from DePaul University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Max is an enthusiastic account manager and content specialist with a strong research and operations background. He loves reading, anime, traveling, both of his dogs and spending time with friends.
Jim Johnson, Culture Director
Jim is passionate about helping leaders champion positive organizational change. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Social & Behavioral Sciences, you’ll often find Jim in stripes giving back to the game of lacrosse.
