TE+A was selected by U.S. Cellular’s Public Relations department to promote their newly established Chicagoland presence with the acquisition of competitor PrimeCo. The idea was to create an event that would be uniquely “Chicago”— one in which the press, VIPs and stakeholders could attend. TE+A was also assigned with the development of branding identities and supporting integrated communications materials for their specialized community support programs.
TE+A created the “Hometown Provider” public relations campaign featuring, high-impact “Star Box” for the press and stakeholders, as well as an invitation and event graphics for a celebration concert at the historic Chicago Theatre featuring the Goo Goo Dolls. The event was hosted by their CEO, who was featured in the press outreach with photography by TE+A. We also developed a comprehensive Community Support Kit featuring a series of 11 integrated community support program identities and related materials designed for local communities and the press.
